· At the core of the Track Record system is a generalised database, with data usually captured by hand-held computers (HHCs)
· A sophisticated application generator for HHCs - Cerberus - enabling the rapid development of programmes running on any pocket PC or Blackberry device
· Cerebus can make use of bar-code readers, radio frequency ID (RFID), cameras and GPS. There is also the capacity to print to remote bar-code printers
· Encrypted information is transmitted via Bluetooth, WiFi, GPRS or a docking station to a remote communications server and then to the database. This enables full remote support of HHCs, including remote automated software updates
· Track Record has a particular expertise in developing secure, low-cost and tamper-evident devices for hostile environments
