Frank Miller - Managing Director

Frank is a forester with over 20 years of international experience in forest management, auditing and IT. Frank spearheaded SGS's (the world's largest inspection company) forest management audit programme (still the market leader) and has been a founder/director of two specialist IT businesses.

Bill Miller - Technical Director

Bill is an international expert in biotechnology with over 25 years of IT, programming and systems design experience. Bill was the founder & chief scientist of Telegnomic, a company set up to monitor and control remote assets.

Michael Farewell - Development Director

Michael is an IT professional with 10 years experience in software design and development. During his career Michael has been employed in the design and development of remote tracking and monitoring systems, and has specialised in the development of intelligent data modelling solutions.

Howard Cooper - Company Secretary

Howard is a commercial solicitor with over 10 years experience in international commercial law. Howard has held senior positions at EQUANT, GE Capital, Vistorm and Goldman Sachs. He specialises in advice on informaiton and security technology and is regularly asked to speak on information technology legislation most recently with Microsoft and Computer Associates.

Dr Phil David - Non-executive Director

Phil joined the board of Track Record in 2006. He was chief executive and director of Sygen International, plc from 1994 through 2005. From 1982 to 1993 he was employed by PIC, Inc., the last four years as president. He holds a PhD in genetics and mathematical statistics. He is also a non-executive director of Landcatch Natural Selection.
