Information Systems DirectorPast experience; BSc in Computing at Manchester. Worked on building and operating IT systems for remote data capture, systems monitoring and object tracking. Current role within TRG; Responsible for managing and developing TRG Information Systems, data processing and storage, system security and resilience. Designing IT services for new business areas.EUTR Assessment ManagerPast experience; I have worked with TRG for 8 years, previously a teacher. Education: BSc Psychology, MSc Human Nutrition and Teaching Postgraduate degree.
Current role within TRG; overseeing the EUTR assessment process, check and sign off assessments carried out by team members, carry out assessments, reporting to clients.Customer Services ManagerPast experience: before starting with TRG I worked in sales and customer service. I have also worked for a local magazine and newspaper in advertising.
Current role within TRG: responsible for the day to day management of the customer service team. I ensure we have the correct tools in place to communicate with all of our customers and support them with using systems.Account ManagerPast experience: first class honors degree in Product Design Technology (BSc). During university I worked on a 6 month commercial project for Williams F1. After university I worked as a Freelance set designer before joining TRG.
Current role within TRG: liaising across the business and with clients to ensure TRG systems are working efficiently for all stakeholders and that clients are satisfied with the services. I also manage our marketing strategy group which is focused on developing TRG’s brand and bringing in new business.
